As my spring break comes to an end, I realized I had forgotten about the "to do list". I wanted to create a food blog. So here I go :)


Besides reading  food blogs this year, I decided to enroll in Wilton Cake Decorating classes at my local Michaels store. This is my final project for course 3-- a fondant covered cake. I highly recommend the Wilton Cake Decorating classes. Now on to  course 4- gum paste flowers.
